As an experienced bartender you are the cultural and experience ambassadors of Vola's Dockside and Hi-Tide Lounge's  fresh from the sea inspired menus and super creative beverage offerings, where everything is made from scratch and the vibe is fun, friendly, and energetic. We have a from-scratch craft cocktail program that's sure to wow patrons in the coolest Old Town waterfront location. An intensive training program with our expert trainers will help you maximize your potential for great shifts

You will ensure consistent drink quality by preparing orders in a short period of time and in accordance with recipes and guidelines established by the Food and Beverage department. You will also maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area in a fast paced environment, while providing superior guest service.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure every guest has a "wow" experience
• Verify guests that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items and be able to make recommendations
• Guide the guests through the menu and unique beverage selections
• Pass secret shopper reports with a 90% or above
• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner at the bar and lounge area
• Deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames
• Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
• Ensure that alcohol is consumed responsibly in designated areas only
• Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
• Assist Managers in placing orders for all liquor and bar related supplies
